BE PREPARED

Washington State and King County Public Health

As of April 3, 2023, the Washington State Department of Health (WADOH) is no longer requiring that masks be worn in the healthcare setting. Both King County Public Health and the WADOH, however, do continue to recommend masks for patients, healthcare providers, and visitors in healthcare settings.

Preparation and Safety Measures

Please be prepared to wear your own face mask when receiving treatment. If you do not have one, one will be provided for you. I will continue to wear a mask during treatment and request that you do the same to ensure our safety. Please complete a brief health screening form to verify 1) that you have not recently had respiratory or flu-like symptoms, and 2) that you have not been in contact with anyone that has been diagnosed with a respiratory or flu-like illness in the past 14 days.

Restrooms

Restrooms are provided and professionally cleaned on a daily basis.
