Booking Your Appointment (No Walk-Ins)
First 1) create a web portal account at gregorylorenz.noterro.com, 2) book your appointment, and 3) complete the forms, consents and agreements forwarded to you. Be sure to complete your pre-session form information before your first (next) appointment. If you need assistance creating an account and/or booking, please email me at awarebodycare@pm.me.

Cash or Credit Card. Checks accepted from current clients.
Insurance (Superbill)
A receipt for treatment(s) received (“Superbill”) can be provided for clients to submit to insurer for out-of-network reimbursement. Before submitting, clients should review their respective benefit plans to understand criteria for treatments received out-of-network, reimbursement and rates. AND obtaining a prescription with diagnosis code(s) to submit along with their Superbill(s) can help facilitate the reimbursement process.
