First 1) create a web portal account at gregorylorenz.noterro.com, 2) book your appointment, and 3) complete the forms, consents and agreements forwarded to you. Payment
Cash or Credit Card. Checks accepted from current clients.
Insurance
A receipt for treatment(s) received can be provided for client to submit to insurer for out-of-network reimbursement. Clients should review their respective benefit plans before submitting receipt to understand criteria for treatments received out-of-network, reimbursement and rates. And obtaining a prescription with diagnosis code(s) to submit with receipt(s) can help facilitate the reimbursement process.
